  • Individual Therapy

    I offer individual therapy via Telehealth video visits for individuals who identify as adolescents (13+) and adults who identify as women, girls, non-binary, transgender, gender expansive, and agender. My practice is rooted in social justice principles and I utilize practices rooted in trauma informed talk therapy.


  • Complementary Consultation

    I offer complementary therapy consultations to find out if starting a therapeutic journey together is the right fit. Consultations are around 30 minutes and are offered via telehealth video or over the phone. Please reach out to book.

Rates and Billing

For individual therapy sessions I charge $125 per 50 minute session. I accept private pay, insurance, and sliding scale options.

  • I accept all Premera plans and Life Wise Insurance and most Blue Cross Blue Sheild Plans. If you are unsure if your insurance would be accepted, please contact me.

  • If you are not covered by insurance or you would prefer to pay out of pocket for therapy, a superbill can be provided upon request.

    I recommend you contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about reimbursement rates.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots in my therapy practice. These spots are reserved for people who are traditionally underrepresented in the mental health space and would not be able to access mental health care without this option. If you believe this is you please reach out.

  • Missed appointments with no notice are charged at the full fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required to cancel appointments without incurring the cancelation fee.
